Property Manager/Director/President
Reverend Cynthia Pustelak, born on November 26th, 1988, in the Chicago area, has made significant contributions to the Concholakeland Homeowners Association (HOA) in Apache County, Arizona, alongside her role as a spiritual leader.
In the Concholakeland subdivision, Pustelak, along with Reverend Joseph Lathus, has been instrumental in transforming the community through collaborative efforts and a commitment to sustainable development. The Concholakeland HOA, under their leadership, has seen transformative projects that have significantly improved the quality of life for its members. These include the installation of street signs, lighting, 24/7 security cameras, free wifi, and legal fencing to prevent cattle intrusion.
One of the most notable achievements under Pustelak’s guidance has been the establishment of a solar-powered office from a repurposed shipping container, offering essential services such as groceries, clothing, fast food options, and even hosting a drive-up theater. Additionally, the Concholakeland HOA has played a pivotal role in the positive transformation of the subdivision through generous donations and significant volunteer efforts.

Despite facing legal challenges related to property rights and disputes with neighboring entities, Pustelak remains a resilient figure, dedicated to the betterment of her community and the pursuit of justice and fairness for all.

Through her work with Safeth Ministries and the Concholakeland HOA, Cynthia Pustelak continues to inspire future generations, demonstrating the power of combining spiritual guidance with community leadership to make lasting positive impacts in both the spiritual and the material realms.
